Shipping & Returns

Goods are despatched to you within 1 – 2 working days of receipt of your order (weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days). You should then receive your goods within 3 working days of the date of dispatch however, as we rely on third party carriers, we cannot be held responsible for any delays and/or losses caused by delays.
We send our goods with a third party carrier who will either require a signature upon delivery or they will leave the goods with a neighbour and leave you a card to inform you of this. However, it may be possible for parcels to be left in a secure place of your choice, at your own risk, We and the carrier will endeavour to fulfil your wishes but this may not always be possible. Please note that parcels left in a secure place negate the proof of delivery protection and we are regrettably unable to accept any claims for missing goods in these instances.
The carrier will make two attempted deliveries. If delivery is unsuccessful the goods will be returned to us. Unfortunately we would then have to charge for re-delivery.
Some despatches (mainly Highlands/Islands/Northern Ireland) are sent via Royal Mail. Regrettably we are unable to relay special delivery instructions for these consignments.
Alternatively you may like to consider selecting an alternative shipping address (e.g your place of work) which can be supplied on the checkout page.
If you order more than one item they may be despatched separately from different locations.
Any claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 5 working days from the date of despatch.
